The second portion may be positioned around a member to be wrapped. Positioning the second portion to the member may secure the second portion to the member and thus secure the end of the first portion to which the second portion is attached. Upon positioning the second portion to the member, the first portion of the garment may be attached to the member. The garment may be attached to the member with only a single hand. The second portion may comprise an opening in the first portion.
