At least one pocket is fastened to an inside surface of at least one of the front panel and the back panel. The at least one pocket is configured for accommodating a temperature regulating element.

Abstract: This invention generally relates to a garment assembly. More specifically, the present invention relates to a garment assembly comprising an upper garment, a lower garment, and a removable liner. The removable liner is non-permanently interconnected to both the lower garment and the upper garment. The upper garment includes a pre-tensioned waistband.

Abstract: Fiber blends useful for garments with a balance of high thermal, abrasion resistance, and moisture management properties are disclosed. The fiber blends comprise a hydrophobic fiber component, a hydrophilic fiber component, a structural fiber component, and an optional antistatic fiber. Yarns, fabrics, and garments comprising the fiber blends are also disclosed. Such garments are particularly useful for occupations requiring high thermal properties and abrasion resistance, such as fire fighters, utility workers, and military personnel, without compromising comfort of the wearers by maintaining breathability and moisture management properties of the fabric.

The zones may be along a center back area and side areas of the apparel, and the textile may increase in air permeability when exposed to water. The zones may also be in an upper area of the torso and in a lower back area, and the textile may increase in texture when exposed to water. In some embodiments, slits are formed in the textile.

Abstract: A garment can include at least one opening that allows the garment to be opened up such that a restraint mechanism can be easily secured to a user when opened. The at least one opening can include left and right openings that extend from a bottom most periphery of a torso portion and along respective sleeves of the garment. The garment can be combined with a child seat for use in a vehicle. Each of the openings can either extend entirely through an outermost portion of a respective sleeve cuff or be stoppable immediately adjacent the cuff such that the cuff remains in annular form during use. A method for using the garment and system includes placing a user into a seat while the user is wearing the garment and then attaching the restraint mechanism to the user via the at least one opening of the garment.

Abstract: An apparatus and method are provided for an invisible belt incorporated into a garment of clothing. A form-fitting belt portion is incorporated into an interior portion of a garment. The form-fitting belt portion is attached to the interior portion of the garment, such that the belt is completely contained within the interior portion of the garment. The form fitting belt portion may be loosely connected to the interior portion of the garment so as to be not viewable or visible from outside of the garment. The invisible belt further comprises an attachment mechanism on the interior of the garment to facilitate attachment of the form fitting belt portion to the interior of the garment. The form fitting belt portion preferably comprises an elasticized material, such as spandex, Lycra, hosiery material, nylon and other similar elasticized materials. The elasticized material may also be comprised of Viscose.

The slit is positioned on a back section of the one-piece body garment adjacent to the buttocks area, and provides access into the one-piece body garment. The slit includes a first welt and a second welt, where the first welt and the second welt are connected to each other in such way that the first welt is positioned atop the second welt. A responsible adult can separate the first welt and the second welt in order to access the diaper within so that the diaper can be checked by the responsible adult for any kind of excrements.

Abstract: A sports bra configured to be worn by a human female includes a body fabric and a wear indicator. The wear indicator is configured to change colors when the useful life of the sports bra has expired and the sports bra should be replaced with a new sports bra. The wear indicator may be provided on any of various components of the sports bra, such as a color band, trim feature, tag, or other sports bra component.

Abstract: A garment to be positioned about one or more body portions of a person performing a physical activity comprises a garment region having a garment region elasticity and a training region having a training region elasticity, the garment region stretching a greater distance as the result of an applied force than the training region under the same applied force. The training region at least partially defines a tensioning system of a biofeedback device. The biofeedback device is configured to provide sensory cues (e.g., feedback forces) to the person performing a physical activity when the person's biomechanic position is sub-optimal, the sensory cues indicating to the person that their biomechanic position is sub-optimal and indicating to the person how to adjust their one or more body portions towards a more optimal biomechanic position. The garment may provide for training and help the person achieve optimal biomechanic motion.

Abstract: An insulated pocketed and sock or slippered blanket is provided. The blanket may be used to quickly warm hands, arms, legs and feet with ease requiring no wires or electricity as with electric blankets. The design of the blanket allows the user to place their legs, feet, arms and hands into insulated and padded pockets and thus ensure that extremities remain warm. The present invention includes a blanket for warming extremities comprising: an arm warmer; a leg pocket configured for receiving legs; and two foot warmers.

Abstract: A concealed safety pocket in a garment for securely carrying a smart phone and a method for making same. The safety pocket provides a separate storage place for carrying a smart phone where it can be found quickly, a user knowing exactly the place where the smart phone is. The smart phone is stored on a user's person and can be easily heard and answered, the safety pocket providing quick access to the smart phone. The separate safety pocket protects the smart phone from scratches from coins and keys. The safety pocket has a closure that prevents the smart phone from sliding out or falling out of a pocket, but providing quick access through the easily opened closure. The safety pocket attaches to a waistband and an open side seam, the closure of the pocket completing the side seam.

Abstract: An improved personal propulsion device that imparts thrust directly to the user when operating a human powered vehicle to improve mobility thereof. The device allows hands free control of thrust magnitude and direction so both hands can grasp and control bicycle handlebars and brakes, watercraft paddles, ski poles or other apparatuses. In another embodiment, the device can be attached directly to the vehicle. The device can be provided with a collapsible shrouded propeller assembly comprising a shroud made up of interlocking panels that are each removably attached to the end of an elongated strut, with each the struts being pivotally and/or telescopically disposed relative to the propulsion mechanism. The panels can be slidably engaged with the struts. A gradiently flexible garment can be worn by a user and utilized with a gradiently flexible fairing attached to the user and a bicycle to improve aerodynamics when riding the bicycle.

The first yarn forms an auxetic structure comprising a pattern of interconnected segments on the garment panel. Abstract: A disposable protective cover for use on a finger while eating has a grease resistant flexible sheet that can be secured to a finger for repelling grease and sauces from foods being handled. The central body portion of the cover is approximately the same width and length as the finger. An upper tab extends from the upper end of the central body, and a lower tab extends from the lower end. A left tab and a right tab extend from the sides. The rear side of the sheet has an adhesive and a release sheet covering the adhesive. The user removes the release sheet to expose an adhesive on the rear surface, places the finger on the central body portion so that the lower tab extends onto the user's palm. The user then folds the upper tab over the fingertip and wraps the left and right tabs around the finger.

In embodiments, the performance dress shirt includes a front portion made of a first material, a back portion having outer sections made of a first material and an inner section made of a different second material coupled to the front portion and two sleeves made of the first material coupled substantially opposite each other to the front portion and the back portion. Abstract: A fabric is provided having a defined pattern of hydrophobic and hydrophilic regions that extend entirely through the thickness of the fabric so that the defined pattern is identical on the inner and outer surfaces of the fabric. The defined pattern is configured so that the hydrophilic regions are all in communication or interconnected so that moisture, such as perspiration, can wick not only from the inner to the outer surface of the fabric but also throughout the surface of the fabric and in several directions on the fabric so that the surface area of the wetted hydrophilic regions increases. The defined pattern may be further configured so that none of the hydrophobic regions are in communication.

Abstract: A body-shaping intimacy garment for a woman has an upper portion that supports or at least contacts undersides of the breasts while leaving the breasts exposed, a torso portion extending from the upper portion, a lower portion that encircles the waist, buttocks and hips while defining a crotch opening through the garment for access during intimate encounters, and leg portions that extend to below the knee. Each lace pull direction is defined by the plurality of lace couplings substantially in alignment with either the primary elongation direction or the secondary elongation direction of the auxetic structure between the two adjacent lace couplings of the lace coupling pair.

Abstract: The inventive concept is directed to a cooling system incorporated into underwear such as shorts or T-shirts. The cooling system includes a circular tube incorporated into a hem of the above mentioned underwear. The circular tube is placed into the inner surface of the underwear by way of a tunnel sewn into waistline of the shorts or the bottom of the T-shirt. There is a multitude of T-shaped connectors located in strategically predetermined positions. Each of the T-shaped connectors has an air tube extending therefrom. The air tubes are directed downwardly in the case of shorts and are directed upwardly in the case of T-shirts. The air tubes are also located in tunnels sewn into the interior surface of the garment. The circular tube also has an outlet to be connected to a remote source of conditioned air.

Abstract: An air emitting device for use with a costume to create the illusion that air is being emitted from an anatomical body part. A wearable housing contains a source of air within the hollow compartment of a cup. A nozzle focusing the air stream protrudes from a cup. This costume enables the wearer to affix a balloon to the nozzle and inflate it, thus creating the illusion that the air is being emitted from the wearer's anatomical body part.

Abstract: A skydiving garment provides a wearer with enhanced control, maneuverability, and extended gliding range during free-fall. The garment includes ram-air structures that form under the sleeves, between the legs and around other selected parts of the wearer's body respectively. There are ram air pocket entries to these ram-air structures, improved zippers and zipper release mechanisms, all to provide increased safety during launch, glide, parachute opening and landing.

Abstract: A garment for wear by a human body having a localized fat accumulation includes an insulative and perspiration impermeable panel sized to conform to the localized fat accumulation. The garment also includes a supportive cover connected to the panel for retaining the panel in contact to the localized fat accumulation during wear, and a boning segment connected to the panel for supporting and shaping the body during wear. The garment may be in the form of a kit further including a wipe containing an absorbed anticellulite agent. The wipe spreads the anticellulite agent on the body where contacted by the panel during wear.

Abstract: A convertible garment for providing warmth to a neck and/or chest of a person includes an elongated neck piece having a first end and a second end opposite the first end, and an inner surface and outer surface opposite the inner surface, wherein the neck piece is adapted to wrap around the neck. At least one neck fastener is provided for releasably securing the first end to the second end, the neck fastener having a first fastener disposed proximate to the first end on the inner surface and a second fastener disposed proximate to the second end on the outer surface. The garment further includes a chest piece adapted to releasably attach to the neck piece and cover the chest, wherein the neck piece forms a tubular configuration.

Abstract: A process permits conversion of a box neckline to a sweetheart or v-neck neckline in a garment proximate an undergarment. The process includes the following steps, not necessarily in order. First is inserting a small hook beneath the undergarment. The undergarment is pushing the small hook downward. Next is inserting a large hook, which is connected to the small hook by a central member, over the box neckline of the garment. After that is pulling the box neckline downward with the large hook proximate the undergarment which pulls the box neckline downward making the sweetheart or v-neck neckline on the garment.
