Abstract: In a method for manufacturing a plastic-lined metal tank, a permanent fitting having a flow passage is secured within an opening in the tank wall. A lower portion of the fitting has fitting anchorage means and protrudes into the tank interior. A temporary plug is disposed within the fitting's flow passage. A plastic material is introduced into the tank, which is then multi-axially rotated by a rotational molding apparatus while introducing heat to melt the plastic material. The molten plastic is deposited to form a liner over the inner surface of the tank shell and over exposed surfaces of the fitting and temporary plug. After the plastic liner has cooled and solidified, the temporary plug is removed from the fitting, and the liner is trimmed as required to allow fluid flow through the fitting's flow passage.

The colorant is predisposed (i.e., affixed) before the introduction of a liquid, and remains affixed until a liquid is introduced into the cup. The colorant can be disposed within a recess. The colorant can also be affixed to a first cup such that stacking an identical cup within the first cup does not result in the colorant touching the identical cup.

Abstract: A protective device is applicable to a casing provided with a first coupling portion and configured for use with an outdoor communication apparatus. The protective device includes a body and a shielding portion. The body is configured to shield the front of the casing and provided with a second coupling portion coupled to the first coupling portion. The shielding portion is laterally provided to the side of the body for shielding the casing sideways. Hence, the shielding portion of the protective device shields the casing from direct irradiation of sunlight, prevents the outdoor communication apparatus from being overheated, and protects the outdoor communication apparatus against rainwater and dirt. When the at least two pieces of the collar are joined together to surround the stem of a glass, handle of a mug or the actual glass body itself, the geometrically shaped collar is restored to its original shape and form.

Abstract: Disclosed is a packaging system (10) for containing and dispensing loose filled product units. An inverted tray (20) is sealed to a backer board (40) with a guide insert disposed there between defining an interior chamber that is also filled with product units. The guide insert may include a base flange (38), a pair of side flanges for funneling product units into the truncated area that defines a next dispensing position. A flexible bridge (34) includes at least one high point and a fence portion that can descend into the base flange upon application of sufficient pressure to the at least one high point. This allows a product unit to advance to a dispensing position such that product units can be dispensed one at a time through user manipulation of the flexible bridge.

Abstract: A pouch, designed to be attached, either directly or indirectly, to a container, is provided with two end portions, each of which is formed with an elongated slit. When the pouch is directly attached atop a container, the end portions are pulled over the lid and catch a rim portion of the container. When the pouch is placed upon a lid covered container, the end portions of the pouch can catch or engage the lid. In accordance with an aspect of the invention, a pair of spaced slits extends from each elongated slit, thereby creating a tab or flap in each end portion. The flap is configured to either directly catch a rim of the container or be tucked under the lid, i.e., between the lid and the container, to attach the pouch to the lid and, indirectly, the container.

The vibrator transmits vibration through the curved plates and into the horizontal and vertical vibration bars to facilitate flow and reduce bridging and rat holing of the material provided within the bulk feed storage container.

The cover panel is formed from an opaque material, and is slid into the picture slot after the cremated remains are inserted into the box, thereby obscuring the remains. Abstract: The present invention is an article holder tailored to the needs of surfers and bodyboarders such that the invention can be easily connected to an already existing surf leash, or permanently connected to the surf leash. The article holder may contain a hook and loop material for secure fastening to either end of the surf leash. The article holder contains a hollow member which will allow the passage of the leash through the center providing an alternate means to ensure secure mating to the surf leash. The article holder allows for secure storage during activity through a closure device on the outer side of the hollow member. The article holder being made of flexible material can a mechanical toggle on an elastic piece to tighten the ends of the hollow member around the surf leash.
