  • Publication number: 20110247181
Abstract: A fastener for coupling a first object and a second object comprises a base, a bending portion and a through hole. The base includes a hole and binds with the first object by a fixing component passing through the hole. One end of the bending portion is extended from the base in a curved U shape. The bending portion has a plurality of ribs, and one end of the bending portion warps away from the base. The through hole is formed between the base and the bending portion. The second object is disposed in the through hole by bending the bending portion away from the base to expand the bending portion outward. The bending portion clamps the second object when the bending portion is released to its original state. Therefore, the fastener can bind and separate the helmet and the mask without any assistance of a tool.

Abstract: A heat sink clip for securing a heat sink to a heat generating electronic component includes a spring member including an elongated main body. A connecting portion is formed at one end of the main body and a first locking leg extends from the other end thereof. A second locking leg is coupled to the connecting portion of the spring member. An actuating member connects pivotally with the second locking leg. An assisting member, which is located between the actuating member and the connecting portion, includes a wedged main body. When the actuating member is rotated from a first orientation to a second orientation, the assisting member horizontally moves a distance thereby moving the actuating member to a raised level. The actuating member has teeth engaging with teeth formed on an inclined face of the wedged main body.
