Abstract: The present invention relates to a storage box or container which is formed from a combination of wood and resin or plastic components. The front, back, and sides of the storage box are preferably set into a channel on a base of the container. A circumferential member is secured to the top portions of the front, back, and sides of the storage box to retain these members in alignment. A top member is hingedly secured to the circumferential member, which enables ready access into the storage box. The storage box is formed from components which are capable of being packaged and shipped in a knocked-down state and constructed into a storage box on site, thereby saving shipping space and costs.

Abstract: [Object] An object of the present invention is to provide a waterproof box capable of improving waterproof performance, and workability and space-saving. [Solution] The washing water hits the lower face 33h of the first waterproof part 33 in the upper cover 15, and the upper cover 15 is uplifted, at this time the tapered outer face 30b and the inner face 33g in the first waterproof part 30 and 32 are abutted and engaged to each other, causing the inlet of the small passage 27 to close. Even if water infiltrates, the water infiltrates into the dead end 33b to let the momentum thereof reduce. Further, the water infiltrates into the dead end 35a let the momentum thereof reduce. The water its momentum have been reduced falls. Consequently, it is effective for enhancing waterproof performance to include the dead end 35a.
