Abstract: The Safety Slice (FIG. 1a) is a cutting and serving utensil in one. It is a hand-held spatula-like apparatus with a handle (FIG. 2a) measuring 8 (eight) inches long, ¾ (three quarters) of an inch wide, and ¾ (three quarters) of an inch deep. There is a 45 degree downward bend in the handle at the 4 inch point (FIG. 2b). There is another 45 degree bend at the 8 (eight) inch point where the handle meets the base or spatula portion of the apparatus (FIG. 2c). The base or spatula portion (FIG. 4) is a flat rectangle measuring 4 (four) inches by 3½ (three and a half) inches by 1/16 (one sixteenth) of an inch. The base also has a rectangular portion “cut out” or “open” on the left side of the apparatus (FIG. 3) leaving ? (one eighth) of an inch material strips along the front, back, and left side of the base. This is the cutting portion of the apparatus (FIG. 3). The whole base serves as a flat, cutting spatula.

Abstract: It is a dual-end function eating utensil with one end serving as a choice for the user whether to use it or not. This eating instrument negates the need for the knife eating utensils in the “take-out” food industry. Most consumers utilizes the spoon specifically for the liquid consumption of their “take-out” meal and the knife is used in cutting solid food portions into smaller bites. Most of the time the knife are used in conjunction with the forks. Dual end utensils that have a exposed serrated end posed a problems with most consumers. The serrated end of a exposed knife is associated with the potential of getting hurt and most people avoid picking up any serrated end no matter what it is made of.
Abstract: A caulk working tool for working caulk against first and second surfaces defining an intersection comprising a shaft member and a scraper body. The shaft member is substantially rigid, and scraper body is substantially resilient. The scraper body is molded over the shaft member and comprises a scraper surface defining a point and first and second sides. The scraper body deforms when the first and second sides are held in contact with the first and second surfaces. The caulk working tool is displaced relative to the first and second surfaces while the first and second sides are in contact with the first and second surfaces to cause the scraper surface to work the caulk against the first and second surfaces and form a desired profile in the caulk.
