Abstract: A method of refurbishing a liquefied petroleum gas cylinder 13 characterised by fitting a tubular sleeve member 11 to the cylinder 13 between the footing 21 and the guard member 15. The sleeve member 11 is formed of a stretchable material which when unstretched is of height less than the surface distance along the surface of the cylinder 13 from the location of the guard 15 circumference to the location of the footing 21 circumference. The sleeve member 11 has a circumference of less than the maximum circumference of the cylinder, and has a top elastic member 27 attached at one end and a bottom elastic member 29 attached at the other end. The top elastic member 27 is in use, located proximal to the location of said guard 15 circumference and the bottom elastic member 29 is in use located proximal to the location of said footing 21 circumference.

The user arrangement can have symbols, numerals or alphabet which helps the user to recognize his or her disposable tableware, helps a user to recognize his or her disposable tableware such that wastage and health risks are reduced. The users can also easily recognize which disposable tableware belongs to him or her in a shorter period of time with less effort.

Abstract: It is technically feasible to take existing insulator sleeves that are common at establishments selling hot beverages in paper coffee cups and turn them upside down. It is also feasible to place paper coffee cups onto the upside down insulator sleeve. The invention is to use insulator sleeves upside down for paper coffee cups. Using the insulator sleeve upside down provides a base when on a flat surface and a stable contact so the sleeve cannot fall off when on a flat surface. Carrying the two together is no harder than the current use of insulator sleeves. A benefit to advertisers is the upside down insulation sleeve aims the advertising message up toward human sight where the current usage has the advertising pointing down toward the ground.

Abstract: A painting apparatus and method for creating a moist environment to prevent the paint from hardening is disclosed. The apparatus and method includes an enclosure with a pool for liquid on the bottom surface, a frame above the enclosure and a plastic bag or other materials to cover the apparatus. A painting tray is inserted into the painting apparatus just above the pool of liquid in the enclosure and the plastic bag is placed above the frame enveloping the entire apparatus. Moisture drawn from the water keeps the paint fresh and prevents it from hardening. The plastic bag or other covering material in locked condition retains the moisture and prevents the moisture from escaping and keeps the paint in the paint tray fresh for an extended period of time.

Abstract: A device for holding in place a flexible bag, such as a plastic garbage bag, that is attached to the outside wall of a trash can, or molded into the top portion of a trash can. The invention is a resilient one piece clamp formed of an elastomeric material. The clamp has complementary projections and indentations respectively on mating surfaces of the first and second portions of the clamp that hold the bag in place. The present invention can have two embodiments: one being a clamp attached to adhesive material that attaches to the outside wall of a trash can, the other embodiment is where the entire garbage can and clamp is of one piece construction.

Abstract: The present invention provides a device for aiding the removal of a bag from a container. The device comprises a body having a rear wall and a plurality of side walls that define a receiving area. A lever is pivotably coupled to the body of the device and the lever pivots from a raised position whereby the lever is disposed in the receiving area to a lowered position. Pressure can be applied to the lever in the lowered position to substantially prevent the container from lifting upwards as the bag is lifted from inside the container. The device also comprises a mechanism for removably mounting the body to the container so that the device can be reused and/or used on multiple containers.

Abstract: A device for recovering, harnessing and reutilizing heat from along a side wall of a cooking vessel, a cooking vessel comprising such device, and a method of using such device. The device can be constructed as part of the cooking vessel or can be an accessory that attaches to different sized cooking vessels via adjusting means. Specifically, the device is made of a highly conductive and durable metal or metal alloy and comprises a skirt-like body, extending from the side of the cooking vessel and attached to a perforated slip-like portion that may be attached to or integrated into the side wall of the cooking vessel. The device harnesses and reutilizes heat from the underside of the body and safely and efficiently transfers the heat to the cooking vessel through conduction. The device can further comprise diffusers, a bottom portion with a plurality of ventilation openings, and a heat shield.

The foodstuff machine includes a machine housing having an access opening for receiving the container having dehydrated foodstuff therein. A hydrating and positioning system moves from a loading position when the container is in the access opening to a hydrating position with the container second end above the first end and then to a transfer position where the first end is positioned above the second end. A liquid dispenser is positioned above the container when the container is in the hydrating position.

Abstract: Several molded, hard plastic cover pieces and attached fabric or hard side wall assemblies are disclosed for mounting over a storage container. One cover piece provides raised channel rails that support a layered sub frame assembly. The sub frame secures fabric or plastic side wall assemblies to the cover piece. Fabric or expansible hinge pieces mount between fabric or plastic panels to provide flexible transitions to facilitate the mounting and removal of the cover piece and/or sidewall assembly. Cross pieces fitted to channel rails define lifting supports to permit attachment or removal of the cover piece from a wooden storage container. Truss pieces formed between channel pieces strengthen and control water runoff. Alternative cover pieces provide lifting towers, panels with tine receiving apertures or interconnected tension members.

Abstract: The present invention provides a flow-control support for a distributor plate in a composite pressure vessel. The distributor plate includes a thermoplastic polymeric disk having a top side, a bottom side, a perimeter edge and a central opening and a plurality of fluid flow passages through the disk. The flow-control support is disposed between the bottom side of the disk and an inner side of an end of a thermoplastic liner assembly. The flow-control support includes a spirally fluted upper surface that is adapted to direct fluid flowing from a supply pipe disposed in the central opening of a distributor plate that is supported by the flow control support such that the fluid swirls in a space between the bottom side of the distributor plate and an inner side of an end portion of a water treatment vessel. The swirling water insures that fluid is distributed to substantially all of the fluid flow passages through the disk during backwashing operations.

A release button can be included in the sleeve to disengage the engaging mechanism from the receiving mechanism. The jacket can be slideably attached to the sleeve, and the deactivation clip can be inserted into or clipped onto the sleeve.

Abstract: The present invention provides a transportation frame for an oversize container or the like and a method of installing the frame onto the container or the like. The transportation frame includes a top frame body comprising two top corner fittings each provided with a top corner fitting hole, a bottom frame body comprising two bottom corner fittings each provided with a bottom corner fitting hole, and a plurality of posts each having two ends connected to the top frame body and the bottom frame body respectively. The orientations of the two top corner fitting holes and the distance therebetween, and the orientations of the two bottom corner fitting holes and the distance therebetween satisfy the requirements for coupling with corner fittings of neighboring stacked containers. With the invention, non-standard containers may be easily hoisted, stacked and transported. Moreover, the transportation frame can be easily operated and stored while being reusable.
