Abstract: Resealable multi-ply labels include a base label ply and an overlaminate for capturing onserts between them. The base label plies carry an adhesive layer on the bottom surface for mounting the resealable multi-ply labels to articles. The base plies each include a hinge area, an attachment area, a tab area, and an intermediate area separating the hinge area from the attachment area. The overlaminates form permanent bonds with both the hinge areas and the tab areas of the base plies and form reusable bonds with the attachment areas of the base plies. The permanently bonded tab areas of the base plies provide access for releasing the overlaminates from the attachment areas of the base plies and exposing the onserts.

Abstract: The color coding system is for use with a storage bin for fastener parts and tools that assists in identifying and matching the cooperating sizes of fastener parts and tools by using color code markings on the various sizes for tools and fastener parts. The color coding system can readily communicate visually to a user the size of a selected fastener part, the sizes of cooperating fastener parts and the sizes of the cooperating tools for each of the selected fastener parts.

Abstract: A utility panel for a dispenser that is mounted to a support structure by a backplate includes opposed lateral legs that extend from a main section to form a receiving channel therebetween. The main section is configured to display any desired physical indicia, such as advertising messages, for viewing by the user of the dispenser, while the lateral sections include retention tabs that are received within guide channels formed between the backplate and the support structure. As the utility panel is attached to the dispenser, the blackplate is received within the receiving channel of the utility panel until the retention tabs are snap-fit into corresponding lock channels provided by the backplate of the dispenser. As such, the utility panel is easily retrofit to a previously-installed dispenser without the use of tools.

The military ribbon template includes a plate having a plurality of horizontal rows of rectangular slots formed therethrough. Each rectangular slot is configured for securely receiving an award ribbon. A first set of indicia is formed on the plate, including first sub-sets of indicia, with each first sub-set of indicia corresponding to one of the rows of slots and including an indicator corresponding to a number of awards to be mounted on the award ribbon. Additionally, a second set of indicia are formed on the plate, above each rectangular slot, and the second set of indicia includes second sub-sets of indicia, respectively indicating the type of award to be mounted on the ribbon, the number of awards, and graduations indicating the proper position of the award to be mounted on the ribbon.

The zipper, the top tape extension, the top stop, the slider, the pull tab, the tape, the bottom stop, the insertion pin, and the retainer box form the zipper assembly for temporarily joining two edges of fabric together. The attacher includes a clip and is removeably-attached via an opening/closing mechanism to an interior cut-out located on a front portion of the pull tab on the slider of the zipper assembly. The attacher removeably-attaches the eye on the removeably-attachable tag to the pull tab on the slider of the zipper assembly for replacing existing broken zipper tabs.

The invention furthermore relates to a merchandising system and method for paring the appropriate security device with the correct high-theft piece of merchandise and for return of a previously used security device to the correct department of a retail establishment. In some configurations, a scan device can be used to scan a product and then display a color label associated with a security device to be used with that product.

Abstract: A spice container storage system comprising of a series of frame shelving units arranged adjacent to one another that slide in and out of a cabinet on drawer guides located on the top and/or bottom of each frame. The front of each frame has a unit retrieval hole which serves as a handle. The device has two positions: a storage position and a spice access position. In the accessible position, the spice containers stored on the shelves are easily visualized and can be removed from either side of the frame shelving unit. Each shelf employs railings and an open central channel to keep the spice containers aligned and prevent them from accidentally becoming dislodged. The spice containers store in a compact, vertical space to improve storage efficiency of the cabinet, which can be an independent structure or integrated into existing cabinetry.

The specimen collection container also includes a label having a label body disposed over at least a portion of the sidewall, in visual alignment with a colored background. At least one of the sidewall of the specimen collection container and the label body have printing disposed thereon having a color that is substantially identical to the colored background against which the specimen collection container will be viewed. At least one of the sidewall of the specimen collection container and the label body may have colorless indicia having a surface enhancement feature for providing visual distinction.

Abstract: A cover for rest supports such as pillow cases, seat cushions, headrests, armrests, bedding and pet bedding is disclosed with layered secure spare flaps. A plurality of spare flaps are attached in respective layers to the cover at an end of each flap and another end is successively folded around the cover and secured thereto to provide additional unused resting surfaces for a person or an animal. The spare flaps therefore provide multiple fresh resting surfaces between launderings. Embodied flaps may also be disposably detached from the cover to preclude launderings altogether. The layered flaps may include use indicia and be to secured to each other and a rest support cover via a fastener on a flap and a complementary fastener disposed respectively on the cover. Disclosed fasteners include thin magnets, hook and loop, grommet and tie, button and hole and ganged hole and post pairs and the like.

Two or more sponge trays are located on the rod support member. The sponge trays are appointed to each house a sponge thereon. The sponge trays are arranged horizontally so that the sponge rests on the sponge's broad side in a substantially flat manner to mitigate sponge dripping. The sponge trays are substantially parallel to one another on the vertical plane. Advantageously, each sponge can be readily accessed and removed as needed in any order and cross contamination between sponges is avoided.

Abstract: In one aspect, the present invention provides a “floating” shelf assembly that is configured for mounting on attic rafters or exposed wall studs. In at least one embodiment, the shelf assembly comprises a shelf that includes rotatable mounts at a first edge, which are configured to mount to adjacent rafters at a desired height above the attic floor or insulation. The shelf further includes flexible members which are configured to hang the opposing, second edge of the shelf from an overhead mounting point. The ability to rotate the shelf relative to its mounted first edge allows easy leveling of the shelf by adjusting the hanging length of the flexible members suspending the second edge of the shelf. Abstract: The invention is embodied in an shelving system especially useful for carton flow warehouse shelving systems. The new system provides for carton flow lanes by mounting a series of shelf slotters along the replenish side shelf rail. Goods, typically in boxes, are placed into slots or lanes on the shelf platform, as guided by the shelf slotters. The series of parallel rollers allows the goods to travel down the shelf platform. Once the goods are directed into a lane by the shelf slotters, they will travel under the force of gravity down the roller tracks without significant deviation in their path, eliminating the need for a lane divider and reducing the labor involved in re-profiling a carton flow shelving system.
