Abstract: A wall hoist assembly for lifting, adjusting, and supporting an object onto a mounting surface, such as a vertical wall. A pair of wall hoist assemblies attach to both ends of the wall mounted object to create complimentary support for each other. The wall hoist assembly includes a cable for engaging three pulleys and transmitting a tension force along its longitudinal breadth, with each pulley sharing the weight of the wall mounted object, and the cable transmitting a tension force along the whole wall hoist assembly. The cable engages the three pulleys in such a manner that less work is needed to lift, adjust, and support heavy objects onto the wall. A first pulley includes a locking member that allows the cable to be locked into a stationary position. A second pulley attaches to the wall, and a third pulley attaches to the object. The three pulleys work together.

Abstract: A support system for computer devices such as tablet-style computers, comprises a base that can be screwed or bolted to a stationary object or which can be attached to a person's body with straps. The base provides a hinge, and extendible arm which supports the base to which the tablet-style computer is affixed, either immovably or rotatably. The support system allows a person to use a tablet-style computer without having to hold it in one's hand and with the hands being free for quickly switching between use of the computer and other tasks.

Abstract: The present invention provides a kit and a method for assembling a mounting (1) for mounting furniture to a wall. The kit comprises a mounting part (1) having a first component (2) having a first adhesive receiving portion with double sided adhesive foam applied thereto and a second component (3) having a second receiving portion (12). The first adhesive is chosen to develop a bond very quickly to the wall. The second adhesive forms a bond more slowly but is much stronger and provides the main force for supporting the item of furniture. The first component (2) and the second component (3) are releasably mountable with respect to one another. In another aspect, the second component (3) is provided with cruciform slots (10) which can alternatively be used to fix the component to a wall using screws.

Abstract: A microstructure device package includes a package housing configured and adapted to house a microstructure device. A bracket is housed in the package housing. The bracket includes a bracket base with a first bracket arm and a second bracket arm each extending from the bracket base. A channel is defined between the first and second bracket arms. The first bracket aim defines a first mounting surface facing inward with respect to the channel. The second bracket aim defines a second mounting surface facing outward with respect to the channel. The second mounting surface of the bracket is mounted to the package housing. A microstructure device is mounted to the first mounting surface in the channel. The bracket is configured and adapted to isolate the microstructure device from packaging stress imparted from the package housing on the second mounting surface of the bracket.

Abstract: A coiled tubing support guide for maintaining an arch in a length of coiled tubing as it is unwound from a storage reel and feed into a coiled tubing injector connected with a wellhead is mounted to an elongated support structure rather than to the coiled tubing injector. The elongated support structure bears a load created by tension placed on the coiled tubing by the reel, thereby avoiding putting a bending moment on the wellhead. In alternate embodiment, a coiled tubing injector being held by a hoist line from the elongated support structure is coupled to the elongated support structure with a bending-resistant coupling that permits relative rotation of the coiled tubing injector.
