Abstract: A device for supporting an optical fibre in a perimeter barrier is disclosed. The device has a pair of arms (207) and (208) which are pivotally mounted on a pivot pin (225) and which are biased into a predetermined orientation by springs (210, 211/302, 310). The arms (207) and (208) support a fibre (250) which is connected to the arms in a predetermined configuration. The arms carry support portions (200, 201) which connect to wires (12a) and (12b) of the perimeter. If the wires are pulled apart, one of the arms (207) or (208) moves relative to the other arm against the bias of the spring (213, 214) or (302, 310) to move the fibre supported on the arms to cause an alarm to be generated. If the wire is cut, the spring biases one of the arms into moving relative to the other arm to also cause the alarm to be generated.

Abstract: An attachment assembly for a personal digital assistant (PDA) includes a first cover portion, a second cover portion and an attachment unit. At a front surface of the first cover portion is formed a plurality of fastening holes to adequately locate attachment arms for holding the PDA. The attachment unit includes an attachment body. A projection piece, an opened ring, a rod and a stopper piece are formed at a first side of the attachment body to mount with to a gear, a lock, a pressing button, a fastening frame, a first short resilient member and a second short resilient member. A slot is formed at a second side of the attachment body to receive the fastening frame and the long resilient member. By pressing down the pressing button, the lock, the gear and the long resilient member interact with one another to achieve the attachment of the PDA.

Abstract: To provide a flexible wired circuit board having a fine-pitch conductor wiring pattern that can be produced with a high yield rates and improved productivity, a first flexible wired circuit board and a second flexible wired circuit board are disposed to be adjacent to each other on a supporting board so that a first connection terminal and a second connection terminal are connected to a same electronic component. This flexible wired circuit board can provide the result that when a defect incurs in the first flexible wired circuit board in the production process in which the first conductor wiring pattern of the first flexible wired circuit board is formed into the fine pitch, only the first flexible wired circuit board having the defect can be screened out as a defective product, in other words, the first flexible wired circuit board having no defects can be selected for combination with the second flexible wired circuit board.
