Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a carrier substrate for handling, showing the new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left-side elevational view thereof, the right-side elevational view (not provided) being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of area 7 in FIG. 1;

FIG. 8 is an enlarged view of area 8 in FIG. 7;

FIG. 9 is an enlarged view of area 9 in FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 10 is an enlarged view of area 10 in FIG. 9.

The dot-dash chain lines depict boundaries of enlargement areas and form no part of the claimed design. The dot-dot-dash chain lines depict boundaries of the claimed subject matter and form no part of the claimed design. Gray shading is used to depict areas of repeating surface structures that are too small to be seen in the full views; the repeating structures represented by the gray shading are accurately depicted in the enlarged views.
