Abstract: A dip-forming composition is provided, which can give a dip-formed article that exhibits good softness of touch and comfortable fittingness, an excellent tensile strength and a high flexural fatigue resistance, and which is less likely to color even when worn and subjected to working for a long time period. The above problem is solved by the dip-forming composition which is obtained by converting an organic peroxide, which is solid at 30° C. under normal pressure, to an aqueous dispersion in the presence of a surfactant and a polymeric protective colloid, adding the dispersion to a conjugated diene rubber latex, and aging the mixture. The organic peroxide is preferably dibenzoyl peroxide or dilauroyl peroxide.

  • Publication number: 20090258973
Abstract: The polymer composition comprises a polymer and a liquid compound having poor compatibility with the polymer. When the liquid compound is caused to be held in the polymer in a high concentration, a block copolymer having in the molecule a copolymerized polymer block unit having high compatibility with both of the matrix polymer and the liquid compound is incorporated and dispersed. As a result, the block copolymer serves like a surfactant to form an interface and the liquid compound is enclosed inside the interface to thereby form a liquid-in-solid polymer type emulsion.

Abstract: A porous SiCOH (e.g., p-SiCOH) dielectric film in which the stress change caused by increased tetrahedral strain is minimized by post treatment in unsaturated Hydrocarbon ambient. Moreover, a stable pSiOCH dielectric film is provided in which the amount of Si—OH (silanol) and Si—H groups at least within the pores has been reduced by about 90% or less by the post treatment. Hence, the inventive p-SiCOH dielectric film has hydrophobicity improvement as compared with prior art p-SiCOH dielectric films.
